We do not have a room block. Because it's the Tahoe area, enjoy your stay at your favorite hotel, resort, Airbnb, timeshare, or whatever! However, we do have room discounts at the following locations which are both in the same walking vicinity or 2min drive from the wedding venue



Palisades Tahoe Ski Resort and Village 

We strongly encourage you to book accommodations if you plan on staying onsite. There is another large wedding taking place the same weekend at this venue. Cabin Vibes 1 to 3 bedroom suites .Make Yourself at Home at The Village Featuring Spacious Accommodations and just steps from dining, shopping, events, and activities in The Village at Palisades Tahoe.

Please note that the discount only applies to suites and not to standard rooms. Standard rooms have 250 Sq. ft. with no balcony or fireplace vs 600 Sq. ft in the suites with a balcony, fireplace and kitchen.

There are a number of other lodging options in Olympic Valley that are in close proximity to the venue. Olympic Village Inn, Red Wolf Lodge, and Palisades Tahoe Lodge (formerly known as Squaw Valley Lodge) are all located in The Village only a brief walk from the wedding venue.

Flying into Reno Tahoe International Airport (RNO). Do they have a shuttle?

Palisades Tahoe does not have an airport shuttle, but we recommend either Uber or booking with the North Lake Tahoe Express to get to and from the resort. The drive is about 45 minutes, and you can schedule your pick-up/drop-off.



The Palisades resort is entirely walkable. It has plenty of little shops and restaurants so in theory you don’t have to leave resort if you plan on staying onsite. However, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of one of the most beautiful and least crowded seasons for the region. So renting a car is a great option for those of you looking to explore!
